Warranty and Returns Policy for Products Purchased from our Online Store and from our Workshop.

At Professional Detailing Products we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from our online store we will work with you to identify the issue and assist with the problem. If you are still not satisfied, we will organise with you to have the product returned and inspected. Once we have received the product we’ll refund the amount equal to the value of goods minus shipping costs. (note this is subject to our discretion)

All issues related to products must be lodged in writing within 7 working days of receiving the items.

Products received in a damaged state must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the goods and returned as soon as possible for us to send out a replacement.

All items are sold with a standard warranty that ensures the items you ordered are received by you in good working order and are able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and/or as specified by Professional Detailing Products. 

BigBoi Products
